Chocolate Pancakes

Start your day off with the best treatment you can give your blood with chocolate pancakes.

If from scratch use your normal pancake mix ingredients:

1 cup of flour

1 Teaspoon of baking powder

1 Table spoon of sugar

1 dash of salt

1 egg

1 cup of milk

Quarter cup of butter/ veggie oil (2 tsp)

1 Tablespoon of Hershey Chocolate powder

(I used unsweetened because I don’t like a lot of sugar, but love the chocolate taste)

Mix, and Pour

In a non greasy skillet cook for 2-3 minutes in total for both sides

Add syrup and serve as desired.

Word from the wise:

Chocolate cooks fast so keep an eye on the pancakes to keep them from burningImage
